Barbedos touched her hand. "You gave me different strength somehow. I took a lot more damage and stood through it."  He pulled bad the blanket he was pressing against him. He had been stabbed deeply.

"Good."  She picked up a few fruits then ate them.All the while glancing smiles at Legend.

That day the got a huge pay load from selling slaves. Food was getting thin so Kraken had then divert if from the engineering funds to buy food and supplies from other worlds.  The pantries were well stocked and would be for a few months.

Calliope carried one in each arm.  They dangled looking  pathetically sorry for  the chicken mess.


Hellaina snickered at them.

He got up and opened the flap. "Yes?"

I want to wait for the new Aurora to come since he sent that beacon. I can always fight and protect you if I have to." Milan kissed him, take the other to the hill there. "I am sure it is fine."
