Erol  Watched her leave then obeyed her. He looked what he could see through the open door then went back home.   He didn't eat anything for 24 hours and was in agony. then the enchantment wore off.   He had no idea what had happened after she sag to him. "How did I get home?"  He rubbed his head and then went to the fridge.

The foundry had men melting metal into molds and other were forging casts for weapons. Most were projectiles. The magic weapons of the Shandor were made in parts here then would go to the science division for crafting.

While Erol peeked at her, she was fixing a meal for the evening. During the twenty four hours, Kit was cleaning her Hometree and strolled to the market. She remained puzzled as why her song enchanted him.

Avery examined their process of what he could discover. He spread a joyful smile as he studied at what they were creating.

"Nice ship huh?"  Xandor mentioned quietly.  "Rag tag group of people.  Mutts.. ex-slaves... free folk.   When you find our percentages on compatabillity; part of that comes from here.  When other worlds look down on hybrids we give them a home."  He informed. "Not everyone understands my grandfathers ways..  nor likes how he runs things..  but for a man to control as much as he does with this rag tag group?  I think he does just fine."
