He opened the pod to see a Terrellian child.  He sighed in relief. "You are alright... how did you get out here young one?"  He reached a kid hand in for her to take.

Isabella gazed at his hand a bit uneasy, but sense kindness. She slightly snagged his hind, rising upward.

"Who was the poor bas**rd anyhow?" Derick asked.



The stallion that had been sent teleported back and started trotting down the hallway with the box.
Hypertix sniffed the foods carefully, took a few bites of custard, then took a chip out of his collar.

He stared into the bush for a while and went on. When the bush was almost out of sight, he started curving around back towards the bush.

"That was my son.... And if you ever talk about him again, there's a pretty good chance I'll kill you." Festus snarled, looking back at Derick. "Like it friend?" Kasha smiled sitting down with her fast growing baby boy.

Seraleena stretched her neck to she where he had gone. She readied herself to run. Tucking her clawed feet up under her.

"Just wondering... there is not much to entertain it seems. Though today as busy enough to last e a while." She rolled her eyes. "Cliffs and bears." She mumbled.

Hellaina kept her eyes down, fighting a tear.


Derick kept his gaze on Festus. "That's too bad."


The stallion with the box knocked on the door and Valdan opened it. He pulled out two arm bands, one was Permethuis', and the other Sinbad's. Sin bad had mated Hellaina's older sister. Her eyes grew wide when she saw them.


"Chieftain may I see the red one." SHe asked.


Valdan let her. SHe ran her fingers over it.. I knew it." Another tear fell. "The other one felt too new in my fingers.... this is the real one.. and that I have seen the blue one before..." She looked at the fake on Festus arm. "They did teleport her that day.. that necklace was in the same box is this." She held it up. "He wasn't supposed to find it."


"What do you know of this?" Valdan asked Derick.


"I know nothing... I am here to only do what I am asked when I am asked." He snorted. "Yes... You have some good cooks."

Festus believed him on that. "Thank you.. we delight in food here.. so it must taste good." She enjoyed her, also giving Mysterion bites. "So Do you have candidates for the consulate?"

She shifted as the leaf hit the ground. Her heart pounding she looked up. She the darted out making a run for it.

"What? Is it always so eventful around here?" She tried to look serious but then smirked.

Hellaina took the other ring then clashed each jem together and they lit up. "He would not have given up anything with power... My father made mother keep it for a reason.... Sinbad was murdered, and this gone missing." SHe chook the blue one.

"How do you know all this?" Valdan asked.

"My.. my sister told me. Illykran got her and the foals to safety after it happened."

Valndan rubbed his chin. "What do they do?"

"I don't know they need another to activate and it is charges for only so long.. it gives power to its wearer when turned on. They all had disappeared. I never thought more would come of it..." She handed the red one to Festus. "Take that thing off my husband.. it may be cursed for all we know." She spoke of the fake armband.
"Yep." He took a few laps of cream to wash he custard down and waved his paw. The whole list of personnel was projected onto the table. From consuls to construction workers.

Agate leapt down, tumbled once and ran towards her.

Festus took it off. He hesitated in accepting the real band but put it on anyway.
"Your communications officer.... was the one I recommended correct?" She looked over the list.

She started laughing as she ran away.

"Oh.. I was just wondering, because with everything that I have gone thru since I got here.. I don't think I will last so long at this rate." She brought him tea brew.

Now that it was activated some noticeable change should have coursed through Festus' body.

Hellaina handed the fake to Valdan. Then she looked up at Festus. "Earn that." She whispered. "He had good foresight with it... it brought him both fortune and pain... that's why we hid, that's why he left us.. he somehow knew... This might be why... but I am not sure." She placed a hand on his face disregarding the others around.

Valdan tossed it into the box then tried on the blue one. His eyes dilated and he shook his head. He then noticed a note in the box. He read it and started laughing.

Derick just sat there in pain, seemingly ignoring them.

Sky here will make sure you learn some self control.. along with my help.  You are a danger to yourself and others in such a state.... I don't want to loose you."  He spoke a calmly as he could manage.  He had been suppressing his own anger.

Rein glanced in his eyes, "Your right nothing can be change to bring back the dead and hurt." She agreed in anger. "But doesn't mean I can't help them balance the pain you caused." She growled. Since her hands where together she created another beam of light. "Like I said I balance, so I can balance the pain you gave by giving it to you!" She hollered. "Lina mubula kikano tidy." She muttered as the light increased.

Rein laid there with the ball in motion in her hands and her eyes full of confusion.

Rein's ball disappeared and anger. Her eyes slowly sealed falling asleep.




Sky looked at Barabus, "Sorry master Barabus I knew what she was going to do, so I had to stop it from getting to you and her." She mentioned a bit uneasy.

"Master Barabus since we did that blood pact, how are you going to get Rein to listen to you only?" Sky asked.

Isabella tracked his hooves then got thinking, "well." She peeped out a word. "My father placed me in the pod after I heard shooting and alarms flaring off." She replied, petting Saharia.
