Casey nodded. "Thank you. My brother and I will own this place one day." She went into the barn. The wood was weak and old.

Roger set the wood down, looking around "Can see why you needed new wood, this needs replacing." He said

He startled awake. "Oh my.." He looked around. "How did we get here?"

"I have laundry, bedrooms to clean, and a kitchen to clean and organize." Kaliska sighed.

Braxton coughed again. Then he grinned. Jasmine smiled too. Soon lunch was over and Braxton could flee from the smiles.

Angelica went for a walk in the garden to rest her eyes. The one Duke still brought her gifts and begged her to choose him instead. She didn't bother Zander about it since she had no intent on pushing his admitting anything to anyone. She wanted to see what he would do on his own. A courier brought her a message. It was a history of orders that Zander recieved and executed. Her smiled turned to a frown.


The message that Zander had received earlier was the location of his brother and that he was safe where he was and that it was the Count who had taken interest in him years before. Something about the bloodline and the ability potential it harbored. Zanthas had breath of life.
