Bira started to wake up. She couldn't hear anything at the moment.  She looked around frightened. Then She saw Kay. "Jerome?" 

Kay shook his head no.

"Where is he is he coming or is her working?"  She was clearly shaken.

Kay sat by her side and shushed her. "It's okay for now.. just rest."

"What? I can't hear you."  She shook her head.

Kay froze up he couldn't do this.

They tackled him to the ground attempting to hog tie him. "Maybe your wife wouldn't mind a new husband."  He jeered at Ken.

The ship lifted off heading for its destination. It managed to get past the shield but another raider ship fired a disabling shot at the vessel and the engines shut the jump drive down. Hanna panicked and they were soon boarded.  She pulled out a knife. "Leave us be!"  She demanded at he one approaching them.

Em look at Bira, "Jerome. .. cant be with us anymore." she said softly.

Barron sighed. He could not figure out how to be this Dark Shards friend. It felt odd being a frind of the daughter and not the rest of the family much. He knew Dalamar said he could be his friend but he had yet to act like it.
