Shera smiled. "Thanks."  She sat down and took some food ans a single drimstick. She  was a bit nervous to try it still, but was ready to brave it. She left the flap cracked just in case.

"...And will tell Mavatix once I get this trap done for your peeping tom." He mentally shielded himself for the barrage of female fury which was now imminent.

She noticed his staring a blushed. She carefully took a bite and chewed. It tasted great! But her stomach wasn't the happiest after she swallowed. She sat there a tad pale. "Can I chew then spit it out?"  She forced herself to stomach it.  "Tasted good...." She muttered. The suddenly *Belch!*  She covered her mouth in embarrassment.  "Oh..."  Her color started to come back.

"For you that's like eating a piece of jerky." She snickered.

"Who else would be her mother?" He had already answered the question but was more puzzled with the statement.

"Well... I don't know.... It's just....wet... and cold... and..." A kitten shuddered in reply.


Another kitten tensed up and tried to take the leap, but never left the ground, out of fear.

He apparently though this was hilarious and started laughing.

"Yes, it is... I will probably need to go to the East Mountains in a few days to help a cat who's having problems with wolves over there. They have white rabbits there."
