Riku pressed the button on his pack at the same time. Several Jigoku soldiers stood dumbfounded and bewildered as the fire from Riku's jetpack left a trail of fire in front of them, several Lunar Cat civilians taking advantage of the soldiers' distraction and fleeing.

Si'ralle forced herself to stop just as a proton laser shot directly in front of her from a Jigoku soldier. She pulled her own proton shooter and shot one back, hitting the soldier right in the forehead. She shot back up beside Riku as they continued to the Uber Turret. "I don't think she's too far now." Si'ralle yelled over the roar of their jetpacks and the battle below.

Si'ralle yelled over the roar of their jetpacks and the battle below.

Riku nodded, "Get to the ammo depot, I'll meet you there. I need to get the crystals." He yelled over the roar, diving down to the walls on the edge of the colony. Suddenly, he heard the dreaded sound. The sound that sent the civilians shivering in fear.

The Mothership was charging an anti-matter bomb.

If it finished charging, the colony would be nothing but a crater in a matter of seconds.

Riku slammed his thumb down on a fingerprint reader that was on the door that led to the room holding the crystals. The door gave a low chime, and it slid open. Riku hurried in, not wanting to waste any time.

Si'ralle wasn't in the ammo depot for long before something blew up to her left, sending fire into the ammo depot. She yelped and barely avoided the flames, licking away at the ammo depot.

The Uber Turret was parked not far away; drained of its mighty power. About a minute later Riku came back with the crystals, narrowly dodging several other explosions as a few nearby houses exploded.
"Retreat! Retreat!" A Jigoku soldier called. Instantly the Jigoku soldiers began scrambling under the mothership, teleporting inside of it as they pressed a button on their helmets. Riku quickly placed the crystals inside, muttering a curse under his breath as he read what came up on the Uber Turret's screen.

ok then I won't claim the number of stars in the territorry and incread the life suporting systems to 9..... that's a huge territorry

The Terrellians were masters of boitechnology, the retrofited what they could of the Drex's implants. Though much of the technology they didn't understand. They were able to link some its its DNA to encourage growth around new implants, ones that were indepent and free of control or tracking devices. Terrellian's were creatures of beauty so the implant they gave the drex were covered with Boidermic matter so that you couln't see any robotics. The Eye piece was modified to function as the old one, but had a cover to mimick an eye patch, one the could be seen through. They found some very interesting things inside the Drex, which they documented and would further study in detail. The process took weeks to complete, it was hairy at times but the creature survived and was moved to a secret location.

The Drex had slowly been changing, from a once hostile, vicious creature into a much more peaceful, but quiet one. The removal of the cybernetics seemed to make him somehow different, not just visually.
