In the night, Riku walked into her hospital room, making sure to not wake her up.

(Dang :/ I hate thunderstorm warnings.)

She was lying on her side, still nauseous but awake. Her ankle was numb, and so was her mouth. The doctors had to remove a piece of shrapnel from her mouth. The explosions had sent several pieces of shrapnel flying, several lodging in her cheek or mouth.

Riku quietly sat in his chair, just watching her.

Suddenly, only visible to Si'ralle, a Drex-like creature materialized in the room. It had obviously teleported... but there was a nullifier there. The Drex creature had no cybernetics, and its expression seemed gentle instead of hostile. In its hand was a bright glowing staff.

The staff had 2 crescent moon curves at its top. The Drex-creature placed the staff on the top of her head, light instantly filling her vision. "There, that should heal your wounds pretty quickly." He said, removing it from her forehead.
