Nakiso continued pacing. "Did you see anything strange?" Nakiso asked. He knew it was a shot in the dark, but thought he'd give it a shot.

"I... I don't remember..." And it wasn't a lie. She truly could not remember what happened. She blinked several times, trying to remember.

Nakiso continued pacing, trying to think.

She let out a sudden cry of pain as a sharp, searing pain shot through her head and her right eye. Grasping the side of her head, she had pulled her knees to her chest.

Taice walked in, pushing Nakiso out. "I'm sorry Nakiso, but your questions will have to come later." Nakiso nodded, frustrated that he couldn't figure out why the Staff of Life had found her. He walked out as Taice began to examine her eye.

The mark was large and purple, and it took over her entire iris/pupil. It consisted of a star in the center, surrounded by a circle, then another circle. It seemed like it was freshly burned on, and looked as if a purple substance was flowing through the star and the circles, like blood through veins.

"This is very strange..." Taice muttered, "Scoth, go get me one of those eye protection glasses!" Scoth nodded, running out of the room and returning a few minutes later with it.

Si'ralle blinked once, and when she opened her eyes the color seemed to pulse a little.

Taice hastily took the black eye glass and placed it on her eye while he attached the wire to the glass.

She stopped him by grabbing his wrist, taking them off. "With all due respect, I'd rather not wear these I'd gladly use something more classic." She pulled something from her pocket - a patch. It was small, tan and square, with two strings attached. She placed it over her eye, then tied it in the back. Her white headfur, resembling a human females short, one sided side-bang haircut, fell over the patch, making it hardly noticable. "Simple, easy, classic. Aye?" She really wasn't giving them a choice.

Taice gave her a look like this: -_- "That glass was so that we could get information on your eye."
