Si'ralle was silent, her teeth grinding against the others. Her eyes were concerned, and a little fearful. She took a half-step back, like she was expecting something to jump out at her. She wanted to reach out to Kostos, tell him what was going on. But she had no way of knowing if he was dead or alive.

(( Apparently Riku miiiiiggghhhttt have some competition - A.K.A: Kostos. >:3 ))

"Hey, come here!" Nakiso said over his shoulder. Riku and Boron walked over to see what Nakiso had found on the computer.

(XD Riku's going to either be heartbroken or reaaallly mad

Si'ralle was at their heels, just as nervous as the other three were.

(( XDDD Oh dear sweet Prussia we're in trouble. XD Let's hope Kostos doesn't get there first... XDDD ))

On the computer screen was a page on the Coracle. It read:
The Coracle are one of the major forces of the Gingercat Alliance. Widely considered to be one of the most peaceful empires in the galaxy, they have almost never gone to war. They remained this way, up until one of their own, Captain Allomere, reached the center of the galaxy...
"That sounds nothing like a Drex dictator," Boron remarked. "You'd think they'd be led by something much bigger and less peaceful.
"No one said anything about Allomere being a Drex dictator." Nakiso said sharply to Boron. "Allomere wasn't a bad guy."
"Wait, what's this?" Riku's wing brushed against Si'ralle's as he walked over to a nearby computer, looking at what was on the screen.

Si'ralle looked over, watching him go before walking to his side herself.

On the page, it read:
"Very little is known about the Spriet Empire. Information only remains speculative, and is therefore not included in this archive."
"Spriet Empire... where have I heard that before?" Nakiso said, typing something into the computer.

At the name of the empire, Si'ralle's head snapped up, her eyes scopic and distant. It was as if she was seeing something happening before her, and she didn't like it. She put one hand on the side of her head, lowering it. Her shoulders quivered violently, suggesting she was seeing a bad event of her past, and the name of the empire triggered it.

"Are you alright?" Riku asked her. Nakiso read what was on the screen.
"The Spriet Empire thrived billions of years ago at the heart of our galaxy, often regarded as the ultimate power. The empire often said that their achievements were from a powerful object that fell from the sky and onto their planet in the year 6046c4. They investigated it and realized it was unlike anything they had ever seen before. Their homeworld, Xerda, was a thriving metropolis and was located at the star closest to the center of the galaxy. They were the most powerful empire of their time, and their captain Rocca Nosse protected his empire and the galaxy from all evil. After an unknown event the empire mysteriously disappeared.

Nakiso backed away from the computer, in utter realization.

As he read, Si'ralle's grip tightened on the hilt of the dagger she had suspended at her side, and the tenser her shoulders became. "Shut... up... Nakiso... Just bloody shut up!!!" She screeched, falling to her knees. She remembered. Yes, she remembered perfectly.

She knew what the unknown event was. That unknown event had many things to do with her, and they were all gruesome, all malevolent, all shocking. She remembered that she was responsible for the fall of the empire, but she had done nothing herself. It was the soldiers of the Spriet Empire fault that they fell. They were the entire reason. Si'ralle had done nothing to them, but they had done things to her.

Si'ralle's hand flew to the string of her eyepatch, wanting to tear it off and reveal her Corbian Ability, and smash that computer to bits.

Nearby creatures began backing away in fear. Boron pulled out his plasma pulser, aiming it at her. "What's the problem?"

(Just wondering, how would Si'ralle have been around during the time when the Spriets existed? They existed billions of years ago...)

“Are you alright?” Krits threw a towel at Nostros.

“I will be when it’s over,” Nostros pulled himself away from the bowl. The entire crew had caught ill, forcing them to return to Terrellia. Nostros was the last to get ill. The ship was in quarantine until all was over.

“It’s not normal for this to happen.” Krits flustered.

“Did any of the other ships report back positive?”

“Not yet…. It’s been 2 weeks. I think they are safe.” The entire ship had gone through a massive overhaul to disinfect and annihilate the perpetrator. Nostros was confined to quarters until it ran its course. “We lost 3 crewmen… not too bad considering.”

“You better get out and sterilize yourself, you need to finish recuperating,” Nostros sat on the floor waving his brother away.

Nostros sat alone clenching his gut. Then he forced himself to pick up the data logs and keep reading. There had been a lot of the usual monotonous logs, but the juicy stuff was always at the end. He made it a point never to read the end first or he might miss something in the middle that he needed to know. He eyes widened as he read some of the intercepted transmissions. “Nakiso” caught his attention. Someone had transmitted information to him regarding the ‘Master of All’. Who would transmit information like that so carelessly?

Just then a familiar figure entered his quarters, with her purple hair pulled back tightly. “I think you shouldn’t be alone.”

“You shouldn’t be here for many reasons Shandrak.”

She chuckled. “My DNA won’t let me succumb to illness, you know that.” She placed her hand on his forehead. “In fact neither should you… It’s highly odd for royal lines to suffer as commoners. You all carry the blood of the Albinos.” She pulled out a satchel full of herbs from Terrellia, made a poultice and placed it on his chest.

“Krits succumbed as well, but it just made him weak, not like I am. Besides, that wasn’t quite what I was referring…”

“If you are speaking about the King do not worry, he knows everything.”

Nostros heart began to pound rapidly. “And how is this?”

“I told him. I needed to… I didn’t want his suspicions going in the wrong direction.”

“And?”

She smiled. “You have always been like a son to him…. His favorite Prince, even though you are cousins.”

“My father and he grew up together; they were born on the same day.”

“He was disappointed, but understands.” She stood back up and helped him to his bed. She lowered her head. “He’s a good man, there’s no reason I shouldn’t be happy with him.”

“I agree.” Nostros choked a bit. “We spend nearly our whole lives together… it’s hard to dismiss that attachment, even on account of us being friends… Does he know that you are here.”

“He knows that I am on the ship.”
Nostros decided to change the subject. “So- uh how is our new ally?”

“The Drex Soldier?” Nostros nodded in reply. “We named him Tracker. He found he loves to hunt. He is very kind, with the exception of a short temper.”

“You can’t expect better, I am surprised he is doing so well.” He looked at her expression. “Are you keeping something from me?”

“The King granted him a small ship and crew, they have been… finding ways to fix things.”

“Undercover diplomats?”

“Something like that.” She smirked. “The crew is unusual too.

“Meaning?”

Well there are 5 of the Terrellian species, and some of the Battian refugees. They are forming an alliance of forces amongst the Empires to defeat the evil forces against us.”

“And what of the Terrellian Empire?” Nostros tried to sit up, but she pushed him back down.

“We need our defenses to hold, so we remain… but we are assisting and are a refuge for those who need it.” She moved the poultice around. “We are building another fleet so we can assist beyond our borders.”

Nostros pointed at his data pad laying on the floor, “I need you to find out more about that transmission.”

Shandrak picked it up. “I will let you know.”
