I need to know, how can i know weather the new chics which I will buy has a good health or not

Is there any advise please?

See how its hunched over? Feathers ruffled? Closed eyes? Hanging head? Watery eyes? Unhealthy chick.

Here is a healthy chick:

This is a healthy chick. See the difference? This chick is perky looking, feathers not ruffled, head held up high, etc.
