I havee been storing my eggs in a cooler with ice, and a holder to keep the eggs off the ice. But what is the BEST way to store your eggs for incubating? And desired temp and humidity? Thanks, -Jay

No, don't cool them down.

Just put them somewhere like a basement for no more than 10 days, after the first day you should turn them just like you would in an incubator.

your supose to keep them around 55 degrees and I live in florida. You cant find anywhere in my house or outside that is 55 degrees.

I just keep mine at room temp whatever it is. Usually 65 to 75. My last hatch was 56 out of 62 eggs, and that is saving them up to 7 days.

Mine are in a basement room that runs a consistent 60-65. I dont store eggs I ship, but have experimented and have great hatches even when stored 7 or 8 days.
