The biggest downside of living out in the boonies...

The line was broken when we moved in, has been for nearly a month, according to the neighbour. I did want to go to their office, but it seems the nearest one is in the city, quite a distance away. We have to go to the city though. We've been putting it off as traffic's a nightmare there and I think if we have time I'll go visit them in person and politely complain. It's been about 2 weeks now since I've phoned them and I've seen their vehicles around, so they could've come by now. I'm not sure how long before me our landlord also phoned them and asked them to come fix it, as he'd rented out this house and we need a phone.
