The neighbor has an old yellow lab type dog. The dog's owner moved far away, and didn't want to take the dog. So my neighbors ended up with her. The vet said that since the dog was always an outside dog, they should continue to have it that way. Its got a very large fenced in area, and warm shelter. But the rooster, silly boy that he is, jumped up on the fence, and into the pen.
