Me too. He missed curfew and I miscounted when I did a bed check. Heard a ruckus and went out to check. Couldn't find anything so went back in. 10 min later heard it again and that is when I found him. I felt guilty missing him the first time so it gains him a permanent spot in the flock.

I have a hen who went blind and we have her in a special room with a non-aggressive hen to keep her company. She can smell the food and we keep everything in the same spot. Occasionally I bring her out to a sandy spot and she dust bathes. Glad to know yours is doing well too!

I imagine it won't take him long to learn where his food and water bowl are in his pen! Bless you for being such a kind steward!
