Dave, I would just like to know if Tara rents you out?

All that in one week! Very nice job. We had a similar mess when we bought our old dairy property. Our barn had crap (organic and just plain ol' junk) up to our knees that we had to haul out in lots of dumpster loads, too. Plus, the previous owners had sadistic kids who hung baby dolls from the rafters and used them for target practice! You'd never belive the stuff we found buried in the yard, too. Our neighbors said there was an eternal flame here because the people never paid for their household trash to be carted off...they just burned it wherever it landed. The joys of neglected property, huh?
