I'd be great all day long w/mutt hens b/c i could rehome them/sell the eggs, it's just the roos that noone wants to take.

Oh yes that is so true kristi.....I could get rid of all the mutt hens that I needed to , but what to do with the roo's? I just can not bring myself to cull any of them.

i take my mutt roosters to the chicken sell and get rid of them

I used freecycle last time and someone came and got all 15 of them....

yes, its just as hard to get rid of a pure bred as a mutt rooster lol
i didnt mean to offend or start a riot, i was just stating that i am surprised is all, i did take 12 mutt eggs earlier today on this thread, so i am not anti mutt. god knows i married one!!
