I think I know why.

The style for Monster high isn't exactly striving for realism, so you don't have to go into detail like you would if you were to draw realistically.

Its fine.

I honestly prefer to draw with a sense of realism. I look up to Degas as my inspiration, even though I stink at painting and using pastels.
