Wow really? A friend of mine said that but I didn't believe him because he is always trying to hunt/kill/and eat everything.

I am buying some chicks this spring for butcher I have a kit and everything. Awe that goose is adorable u ate it didn't u!

If you want to be professional you can by a whole butchering kit with all sorts of knives and shears to evascrate and kill your birds.I bought a kit from McMurray Hatchery as well as my two goslings WHICH I WILL NOT BE EATING they are my buddies.I butchered a turkey that I named and got WAY too attached too.It was sad but we still ate her she weighed 32 lbs and was the best turkey I'd ever eaten.
