I was going to change mine to a picture of me and my parrot but it made my face look really weird when it did

🤣Well my mama and dad would actully always agure bout that😅. Dad said no chrirstmas tree, lights, music present buying or christmas talk till after my birthday. But that only gave us a couple days with the tree and lights then we had to take em all down the day after christmas. Now mama she loves the tree, lights etc... and she said why don't we just mix her birthday and christmas? They would argue back and forth bout it all the time. Now we do all the lights tree and stuff along with my birthday but only christmas talk, music and present buying after🤣

Well that works I guess! 😂 My folks didn't make a fuss about it. I had a proper party one time with my grandparents and cousins. I did have cake and gifts every year though, and my mom's folks would usually treat us to dinner. I've been making my own cakes the last couple of years, but I don't have my cake stuff in Wyo yet. All well and good though, because my little sister used it to make her own bday cake for yesterday. This year I did technically get a camera for my birthday (which is SO awesome!), but I got a bunch of Botanical Legos for Christmas and I suppose some of them were supposed to be for birthday too, lol (this was my first Christmas and Birthday away from home). My folks aren't big gifters, so they'd get me Christmas wishlist stuff, but since I'm not home they didn't send anything. 🫠 But now I know, I just have to beg this year! 🤣 It was usually a decent time though. One year all I wanted was to go to Lowe's (to get a Croton plant) and my dad was ecstatic, lol.
