luckyyyyy back when i wanted to be a realtor (my parents said i shouldn't be one i'd still be one if they'd let me) my grandmother is one too we used to joke about getting two houses, one in texas and one in wisconsin, and in the winter we'd live in texas and in the summer we'd live in wisconsin
