Yes, as a mom, I know that b-fast is the most important meal of the day!!! (I knew it as a teen too, but back then, I just ignored it. :P)

Oh, sorry to hear about the scoliosis. A friend of mine in high school had that. I understand it can be quite painful.

I understand where you're coming from about b-fast, but it really is important and your health choices now do affect you later in life. =)
 
Thank you! She is slowly but surely learning to trust me. I've had her for 2 1/2 months. I LOVE birds. They are just so fascinating.

Yes, quite painful at times but it is getting better!

My family tries to it healthfully. I try not to skip breakfast, but sometimes I just can't make myself eat. Long story. :P

Oh, my chickens are like that. The one I just lost, Beauty, took forever to get used to being here and to me taking care of her and she just didn't make it long enough to enjoy being with her new flock.

Alright, as long as you're trying. =)
It's easy for me now, I eat one of my "home laid" eggs for b-fast and I split a scone with DH, plus either a cup of good coffee or great tea.

We have dogs (puppies included for now) and chickens and children... oh, wait, kids are ppl too. lol
No, really just the dogs and the chickens. We want to get a goat; the kids, I mean children lol, use quite a bit of milk and I like doing things as crunchy as possible.
