Have you ever heard of Ti Chi? It's kinda like yoga, just wondered if you heard of it.
Noooo....... Sounds... exotic.

Hedwig laid her first egg!! :D It's really dark-- almost as dark as a Cuckoo egg, but it doesn't look all that dark in the picture. :P

Yay! When was her hatch date? Trying to get an estimate of when Basil and Gwynn will lay...
She was a day old when I got her, and that was on April 3rd, so I guess she hatched on April 2nd... She will be five months old on September third. :) But I heard Chicks Galore3's BR laid at 18 weeks!!! BRs tend to mature a bit faster than an average chicken... :)

Guess I've still got a long wait then...Basil and Gwynn are just 16 weeks! But I have them on layer feed because they are integrated now. So maybe that will help?? I miss tiny eggs and Akira doesn't lay right now!!

On another note~Anyone else's chickens molting? Mine started all ready.

A third note

~ Louise (my australorp) is limping! I don't think her leg is broken because she moves it, but limps. Any ideas?

Who knows? Maybe you could get one in 2 weeks. ;)

Nope! My chickens haven't molted before.

I don't know about louise, mareks maybe? Or a strained leg muscle - my Gold Star did it awhile ago, landing wrong.

Oh no!! Sorry about Louise AA!!! Does she act herself other than the limp???

My bunny Buddy ran away. :( I think she got out yesterday, but I'm not sure... She always gets out when I leave the door open, so I must not have closed it right. I'm really sad. :( I put out food and water in case she comes back... Peanut (my other rabbit) is really lonely now.

on the third note--Sally limps sometimes. If it doesn't get worse, it's probably OK.
