It means that minors should at least get their parents' permission, and that BYC doesn't want to be liable for identity theft or stalking, etc. They're just covering their legal bases...."we have a rule that ppl shouldn't post too personal of identifying information, so if someone broke that rule, then they're liable for the consequences, not us." I'm not really exactly sure how that works. 'Cause people do and they don't get reported...but then I've seen people get reported for doing it...I think I've seen mods post pictures of themselves. But I thought you couldn't. I dunno. A couple of the rules are a little confusing to me.
