My Alberta was docile toward people, but she sure did peck the heck out of any new pullets. She also hogged the food bowl and one nesting box. I did love my BO, but had to rehome her. She used to stand at the gate and scream until I came out with food in the mornings and in the afternoons. I am sure my neighbors are grateful she found a good home in the country. Then there was last year where she stayed broody for months and months- when I finally got eggs for her to set, she decided not to be broody, then molted. Then went broody again. I realize she was unusual, but I will rethink BO's in the future.
Stucktight Fleas was an unexpected gift that we got from the feed store. 
I guess that's what I get for buying 7-12wk olds instead of brand new fluffbutts. I'm just glad I was following the 30day quarantine rule, or the whole flock would be in trouble right now.
