And the ladies are moved in! Opinions thoughts? I have new water buckets for them with the little cup feeders.

Hardware cloth will be stapled 6” up the base of the coop then backfilled with Roadbase. Eventually going to put hog fuel/wood chips in the run for drainage.. hoping the cross strings and flags deter raptors (hawks and eagles) we have ventilation by way of either metal soffits hardware cloth soffits and that window opens and there is a custom inset with hardware cloth to keep the predators out.

happily welcoming any feedback xoxo

Nice coop and run setup :thumbsup I did git a krik in my neck from veiwing the last 6 pix:gig
I see the tube feeders. Do you cap closed those tight each night??? Any feed out at night attracts unwanted visitors.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and:welcome

I read 'hardware cloth' in the description but only saw chicken wire. Are you planning to upgrade to hardware cloth? The chicken wire won't keep anything out of the run or the coop if it was used in there.
I'd add more ventilation. You've got a decent over hang on the back of the coop. I'd rip the top 6 or so inches of sheathing off, frame it in and install 1/2" hardware cloth over the opening. Adding some top hinged covered openings to the front wall will allow a cross breeze through that will help remove excess heat in the summer.
