The Chickens are Moved In!

I moved the crew into the new coop on Monday-here are some photos of the (almost) finished product! Still needs some more paint, window frames, maybe some window boxes, and the run! You can see some in-progress pics and a link to the plans I started my design from on my page.

What are the dimensions? I'm garnering ideas for a coop for a kennel. I would like it to be raised so they can walk underneath it.

4' x 8'. I used the coop plans by Purina, which are for a 4' x 4' coop, and I just modified it. Their design had the "legs" at 17", I make them 24" for more clearance-is a nicer height for me to access the coop too! There is a link to the original plans on my BYC page. Some other pics too.
