The chicks spent quality time with the hens today! funny

We just put our little ones in the pen with the older ones all at once, we have done the visible but separate thing, and the results were the same......
Then we put the 4 MO's with the laying hens at night right before bed, and the Guineas are squabbling with my EE's mostly.
After a few days they'll be fine.

Ok....I let the big hens see the babies because they have been so interested in them. Looking and peeking all week. Well I was out there so I just let them get to know each other for a bit and I figured I could seperate them if they got out of hand. One of my little polish would go peck the big hens and then come running back to me and sit on my boot. Almost like it was saying " yea.....take that!! My mom will protect me." It was so funny! That little stinker did that the whole time I was out there. I hope that I satisfied their curiousity a bit.
