The coop is complete, lots of trial and error

we started out with chicken wire and an aviary net, learned that wasn't enough, coons just stick their hands through or climb up the sides and some how get through the net. Put on a metal roof and wrapped the coop in hardware cloth. So far nothing has gotten in. Added curtains for privacy in the nesting boxes, a swing to sit on, perches and a solar chandelier!

I kept on making fun of my wife when she wanted to buy the $80 'Chicken Swing' but with this reclaimed playset I was able to get for free it came with a rope and run ladder that I am debating making into just that....
