Hey all, first time chicken owner here. This is my setup for the three BA's I got a month ago. We didn't bury any hardware cloth, but we surrounded it with garden bricks, some rocks, and path stones. The lights were just for me because I think it's cute, and may bring bugs to the coop.

Feeder and water are PVC. Federer has 6 holes drilled into the part in the coop so the chickens can eat, and the water is just a J shape. I will cap the end in the coop when adding water, replace the outer cap, then remove the inside cap so the vacuum will prevent spillage.

Still too cold tonight and tomorrow for my nearly fully feathered fowl to go in, but they will be moving in to their cozy home mid week when temperatures will finally start to resemble spring-time.

Thanks for looking, if you have any tips on acclimating the flock to the new space, feel free to share! Open to any suggestions on changes, just drop them below!

Have an eggcellent night!
