The coop is on the property!!!

I'm super jealous!! How many birds are you going to put in there? What breeds? I'm super jealous of you being able to walk in to yours, I still have to scrunch down.

We have 15 baby chicks a little over a week old. We have two 8'x8' runs to assemble and add to each side. In the future we plan on adding another 8'x8' run to the back. Maybe 20 Ladies in the future. The chicks are a mixed bunch not sure of the breeds yet.

I'd replace it with 1/2 x 1/2 inch hardware cloth. Coons and possums can reach in 1 x 2 and rip a bird apart.

Thank you! After we add two 8' x 8' runs I think we will probably end up with 15-20. We will add a 3rd run in the future to the back.
