The Coops are here!!!!!!!!!

Getting back into chickens after a 6 mos break following a very devastating experience. So we found these coops being advertised at the feed store and they still had them, they knocked down the price by 100 dollars AND they delivered them!!! God is soooooo good to us!!!!

I am not thrilled with the floor, I will be reinforcing it to make more predator proof.

Now we just need our chickie babies!!! 10 days and counting!!

Those are great - I may modify that a bit and use it for our meaties this spring...

anybody have any ideas on timers to open the little chicken door?

My girlfriend is so sweet... she wanted us to have chickens again so she actually kicked in and payed for one of the coops... So today we are going to make a sign that says Julies Coop and hang it from the door!!

Those are awesome! What a great idea. I am going to make some brooders similar to that.
