I've taken two elk with my bow. (Marlin at 65lb draw). It's really not that impossible if you hit it correctly and with a good head. Come over to Montana! We have elk coming out of the hills and sleeping next to my coop! No joke either!

I want to try archery so bad! I have a bow {Dad was gonna sell it, but I didn't want him to, and he didn't want it, so he gave it to me} but it's broken under the leather piece on the handle. I should get it repaired and try it. But killing Elk with a bow? Jeepers.

.22mm?!?! Are you kidding? You can't cause any carnage with a .22! There's nothing manly about a pea-shooter! I once shot a bull 11 times with a .22 (and hit home everytime right behind the ears), and it lived without any ill effect up until we shot it with 12G buckshot! An hour later!

(I'm just joking about your choice. there's nothing wrong with the .22mm)

At least I'm not a gun happy moron like some other people.

(just kidding, just playing along) And wth? You waited an hour later to kill the bull? Wow. What breed was the bull? DId you eat it? DId you dissect it? I would have been interested to see if you shot the brain or anything. Usually a 22 can do the trick of killing something.
