Part of my major required me no study this subject. It's impossible to tell unless you send in a saliva sample to a lab. There are no physical alterations either. Except that men tend to bald earlier. Many women have higher levels than most men, it can be cause by childbirth, or can just be. There is no way to tell, unless you send in a sample. There is no way to tell by physical looks or behavior.
