I was up 'til 1:00 AM Missouri time, and got up at 5:00 AM Missouri time because I have a very hard time sleeping in places I'm not familiar with.

yup. but unfortunately, I'm kind of on a schedule for reading it, and I'm behind on that schedule, and being nagged by my mom constantly. that tends to take a little of the fun out of it, but it's no less inspiring!
