More like rich parents who spoil him constantly. Where I used to live (and even around here still), you would see that everyday.
 
Admittedly, I got a cell phone at an early age, but it was because of my mom's (then) busy schedule and all the classes I wanted to take outside of the home. It's nothing fancy, anyway.
