Crimson part: It's Kyuubey's sort of catch phrase. Kyuubey, Kyuubee, QB, or any thing else... What ever you call him, he's an alien cat thing from the anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Contracts are how he turns girls into Magical Girls, called Puella Magi, in order to fight Witches. I'd say why he wants to make contracts, but that's a huge spoiler.

Blue part: It's a long story, but Capcom has been a horrible company regarding Mega Man, so boycotting them is a sign to show them that we're tired of their stunts.
