[Digge Court Hens]

Hi all!
After my introduction a few days ago. (and thanks for such a warm welcome) I thought I would show you some photos of my coop and hens.

It’s always nice I think, to be able to visualise what someone is talking or asking about.

I have 12 hens in total.

We looked after a broody hen and her 3 chicks for our neighbour when they went on holiday. After which, she and her 2 hen chicks stayed, whilst the neighbour took the Cockerel/Rooster chick.

Since then, I’ve been well and truly hooked and have tried to build a varied flock to look after with a varied selection of egg colours.

We have:

Unidentified breed of brown hen - Cynthia
Rhode Island Red x Barred Plymouth - Hetty
Rhode Island Red x Cuckoo Maran - Emma
3 Mendlesham Ranger hybrids. Lynette, Charlie and Speckles.
Cold Brahma - Babs
Silver Duckwing Araucana - Dolly
Silver Duckwing Leghorn - Molly
Black Copper Maran - Betty
