The Digital 7 Egg Incubator

I bought one of these because of the low price and I'm wondering if anyone has tried them and did they actually hatch eggs. It now arrived and I plan to give it a try. I see I will have to lean it back and forth and prop it because it doesn't have an egg turner and add a humidity gauge..

Not used one myself but have read they can be temperamental and give wrong readings on the temps.
I would add a known to be correct thermometer too and make sure the temp is correct.
