I have a super sweet brown silkie/cochin hen that is super broody. Been kicking her off the nest everyday and locking her out of the during the day. I forgot to do so this morning and she sat on this tiny egg all day. I took it from her and set it on my oven.a few minutes ago I got curious and opened it..It had a yolk and it looked to me fertilized.
Would it have been viable for long? Would it be viable if transfererd into a cup with heat etc and then grow to be a normal chick? Or some sort of dwarf so simply a normal chick..
It was rather cute.. we had those before but never with a yolk.
