Here Fluffers! I found an essay on why ducks instead of Chickens! Try to find something like that!

Why Ducks instead of Chickens?
When one decides to get some poultry one might be faced with the question: “Ducks or Chickens”. I believe ducks are a better choice. Ducks excel chickens in many aspects. Ducks are more resistant to disease and bad weather. While chickens can get sick if they get wet, ducks love getting wet and have water proof feathers. Duck’s resistance to cold and hot weather and disease is better than chickens, and who wants to choose a bird more likely to get sick or die? Sick bird don’t lay many eggs, and many eggs are another benefit of ducks.
Chickens start laying at 18-24 weeks old, lay around 22-34 lbs of eggs per year, and need 2.8-4.0 lbs of food to produce a lb of eggs. Ducks, on the other hand, start laying when they’re 16-24 weeks old, lay around 32-52 lbs of eggs a year, and need 2.4-3.8 lbs of food to produce a lb of eggs, so ducks lay more eggs for less food. Duck eggs are also bigger and have more fat and protein than chicken eggs. But not all poultry owner get poultry for eggs. Some get poultry for pets, which is another place ducks excel chickens.
Ducks are rather shy, and are seldom aggressive. The only time they usually inflict injuries on people are when they try to escape someone’s grasp and succeed, or when someone tries to take eggs from a hen, who’s broody. Ducks are the least likely to inflict injury on humans of the larger domestic birds. Chickens, though, can be very aggressive and are prone to scratch people. When one looks at the better qualities of ducks compared to chickens, you have to conclude that ducks are a better, if not the best, choice of poultry.
