Koi are pretty large, yes? Ducks eat minnows, little fish. Do koi eat ducklings? I don't know.

If they can fit it into their mouths they will eat it. That goes for the koi as well as the ducks!

Around our place the most used phrase is "Don't eat the poop!!"... now if we say it when we see a duck reaching for anything we don't want them to eat, they shake their heads and walk away before they even touch it, lol...
