Very small amounts only. Bread is a starch and although some does have nutritional value it can also pack on the weight which isn't good for egg layers. Most people don't feed their ducks wholesome bread any way it's usually white bread which has nothing in it but fill.
So cool. That exact combo was the first pair my buddy got a couple years ago and they are the sweetest and cutest ducks. Great choice!!great news! i am getting two ducklings! a welsh harlequin and a pekin both are going to be females i can't wait!

its totally okay to give them bread. I like to give it to them starting late summer to fatten them up for winter. They fair better that way. Mine are chubby babies whith chickmonk cheeks. Probbably over fed. But beautifle plumage and stature.
they are good babies. Everytime they see me they run to the pen. Someone was over the other day and refered to them as table birds. In reference to eating. All i could say it, " i no longer like you, good bye."
