Very pretty and

French White Muscovy are VERY different from all other varieties. They were developed in France for high meat yields. They grow larger than the color varieties found here in the US.

Our FWM drakes finish out at 9-10lbs processed weight. (Ie butchered ready to hit the freezer)

They also seem to lay more eggs, taking less time off during the year

I thought there was a difference and there is I don't know if mine are French muscovies but they have the black dots on the front of the face and are fully white everywhere else so i am pretty sure they are French muscovies

well, here is Dumb-dumb-- she is a 5 month old female---she is spotted like a leopard as you can see, her belly is also spotted. I am narrowing her lineage down to a khaki mom and rouen dad. she is the size of a rouen or pekin. the possible combos could have been,,--daddy--pekin, rouen or indian runner. mommy--pekin, rouen, indian runner, khaki or white mallard. anyone have any opinions on her??? has anyone seen one so spotted??? and she has that white bow tie in the front!-----
