just finished covering my pen with 3in of straw.

Marcy is the sweetest duck ever. Whenever I hold her, she always burrows her head into my arm or up my sleeve! When we let her run around the house, she will follow all of the dogs and Finn. She even drank out of their water bowl! My dad calls it the "community bowl" because every inside animal uses it. She did try to bathe in it though, she did the weird sneezy thing in it.

Whenever we let the dogs out, they go straight for the duck poop on the ground!
She is really awesome, I'm glad we brought her inside because she has such a great personality.

Just got my first duck eggs, White cambells, which I am setting tonight i the incubator. I can't wait! Have hatched chionly chickens previously. Fingers crossed!

Have you read the sticky on hatching waterfowl? There is a link at the top of the Duck Forum index. Humidity seems to trip people up the first time. I am not a hatcher, but have been reading some of the intense threads with duckling hatch troubles. There is also a link on when to help a hatch. Might be good to read before things get too far along.
