Congratulations on your ducklings! So cute, right? I have never seen foaming at the bill. Make sure your duckling has water all the time, deep enough to clean its nares out. There is a duckling care page on here somewhere that will have all kinds of I do for you. Good luck!
Thank you so much I have it more water and seems to be doing fine now Thankfully. I know next to nothing about raising ducks as pets and any help would be great as we really love them. We live in an apartment lol so wondering how that is going to go any suggestions about pen for inside
they poop a lot and make a big mess with their water so I'm not sure about how to set up an inside pen. Maybe build an enclosure in a hard plastic kiddie pool. That can be wiped out and any mess would not soak through to the floor. You need to do research and see what would suit you and your space best. I have had ducks, chickens, and geese living inside at various times, but due to health issues, injuries, or age. Never as a house pet. It is a lot of work to keep it clean and not smell like...ick. Also, they are creatures happier outside, where they have plenty of room and can splash and forage and be ducks.https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/750869/raising-and-caring-for-ducklings#post_10611711
