The Easy Garden account not working

I tried to make an account on TheEasyGarden.com, but it hasn’t sent me a confirmation email so I can’t post, and I keep seeing this:

And it’s not a problem with my email as far as I know, I tried 2 different ones. Sorry I wasn’t sure where to post this, but hopefully someone on BYC can help.

Thanks for reporting this period we've had a few people report issues with receiving emails, so we'll look into it.

We've been looking for a solution, but so far can't find why some peeps aren't getting emails, but we'll keep at it!

Just to add I'm having the same issue with TEG and SS, not trying to be annoying sorry!

If peeps having this problem want to PM me with the email address to which you are not getting emails, that will help me with troubleshooting.
