@BantyChooks found an oddity in that it works when creating a thread, article, or conversation, but once saved, it's gone.

In addition to not working whilst editing, it doesn't appear when writing a new reply to an existing conversation, at least on my PC.

I was able to replicate the problem on Windows 10 and Ubuntu, both running Firefox. Interestingly, if I start a thread and upload a picture, the bar shows up for me on Ubuntu but not Windows. The screenshot below is off the Windows device. I can find more system specs if it's helpful.

Works as expected at Xenforo.
