the eggs are wiggling!!! first hatch-day19

I'm just so excited!! I bought a cute little r-com 3 egg incubator (thought that the kids could take it to school next year if I didn't like hatching---who'da thought it was so much fun!!!) so---I have 3 polish eggs set. and today was the day to put in the hatching tray. when I shut the lid, to my surprise they were all wiggling!

I new they were all alive because I candled them with he scope that came with it..but man, I had no idea that those little suckers could move the eggs around too! How fun. And now we wait!

It helps to have your brooder box ready with lamp, food, water, vitamins, etc. That way if they come early you're not caught by surprise!

But really, I didn't mean to scare you... it's just that chicks are SO much fun to have around! Better than TV!
