Hi everyone. Well last night I took my eggs out of the turner and put them on the bottom for hatching. I didn't have enough water at first to I went to poor more and the eggs rolled when I opened it. Will this hurt them? One did roll back into position though!!

I would not think so. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Should be just fine! We had eggs roll right out of the nesting box, onto the ground 18" below, roll a little further, and then sit in the 20 degree temps because no chickens noticed. We had 5 out of 8 hatch and were amazed, so those eggs are tough little ones!!

Good luck!!

I'm sure they'll be fine. I'm shocked at how much their hatchmates roll those eggs around that haven't been hatched. You get one or two chicks hatched, and they're climbing all over the unhatched eggs, rolling them all over the place, being a typical pesky brother/sister.
